Bank Of America Halts Foreclosures in 23 States
Which is great news if your State foreclosure is done in the courts. Unfortunately since Missouri is a non judicial state St. Louis, St Charles, and the counties of St Louis, Franklin, Jefferson, St Francois and Ste Genevieve are not on the list of 23 States where Bank of America has halted foreclosure proceedings.
The St Louis Post Dispatch reports which states foreclosure’s were halted by Bank of America.
